Bella Vista Queenstown

Location was great, just a couple of blocks from the main part of town and close to the Gondola. I liked having the small kitchenette in the room and plates/glasses/utensils to fix or heat up meals. It was also just a few blocks from a good size supermarket. I liked having an on-site laundry room with nice washers and dryers, free soap, just had to put in coins to run the machines.

It would be good if you could provide paper towels, dish towels, and dish soap in the kitchenette. I had to use a bath towel to clean dishes and didn't have any soap other than bath soap to clean them with. Also need to provide lotion in the bathroom; shampoo and conditioner large pump bottles were provided but there was no lotion.

Excellent location. Couldn't be happier with where the hotel was located and how close we were to the sky tower and city center. For the first time on our road trip, we had barely used our hire car because we were able to walk almost everywhere! Room was nice and had parking right out front of our door.

The location was superb, we were able to walk to everything in town in only a couple of minutes. The room was clean and well kept definitely good value for money. Would stay there again in a heartbeat and the staff were very helpful when asking about certain places.

Great location, had everything I needed, perfect for winter as the heater was mostly on low-medium and still warmed up the room quickly.

It was clean and comfortable, and walking distance to restaurants, the gondola and boardwalk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although it’s not fancy it worked great for our needs.

No elevator to the second floor.
