Agriturismo Vivinatura

The facility had a lot to offer. It was a very cool set up. Although somethings were outdated, most was nice. The breakfast was good. Although the room was nice, the location could’ve been better served by having some type of asphalt out front. It was butted up to a farm, so when we walked up to the front door there was likely animal feces that was dragged in with the luggage or shoes.

The check-in experience was not great. We got there after a long trip from America, a nightmare getting out of the Leonardo da Vinci airport, and then a drive to Pompei. The neighborhood was a little bit shady. Once we pulled in there and checked in, there was no one to take our baggage. There was a long walk across the hall grounds to bring our baggage through a farm with animal feces around. The checkout experience unfortunately was even worse. The woman that was running the front desk was very rude. I had to go to offsite parking to get my car and she had to open the gate, she forgot about me so I was standing out there for a while, then had to come back and ask her to open the gate again.

Convenient location to visit archeological sites and volcano. Breakfast was adequate. Pool and restaurant available, though better options for restaurant are available. Nice park inside with lots of room to relax. Parking is available in a nearby site.

Rooms could be bigger, especially for family. The hotel is not situated in a very nice location.
