Ventanas grandes y poder ventilar l habitación..

Desde que entra en el edificio huele fatal, y entras al paramento y huele peor.. La habitación afortunadamente tiene una ventanas grandes.. El aseo muy sucio, la ducha horrible y sucia, llena de moho y se ve que está reparada al estilo chapuza,, por un poquito ms te uedas en un hotel ue te limpian la habitación todos los días.. No volvería ni loco. Este sitio!!

The location is perfect. The city center is at 20 minutes walking distance, there is a supermarket nearby and also the metro is very close. Within a few metro stops you are in the city. An uber is also only a few euro's to the city center.

The hygiëne / cleanness was not ok. I stayed for 6 days. Bed sheet was never changed. No clean / new bath towels. Never saw an employee to ask for clean ones. Also the bathroom sink was clogged. When I took a shower I would stand in the water, after a few days it became very disgusting. In those 6 days the bathroom was also never cleaned. There is an airconditiong but the apartment is very warm. In all, the location was good but the hygiene no. Ok to crash for 1/2 days not to stay longer.

La habitación fue lo único que me gusto

El baño era de un tamaño diminuto. El lavabo era tan pequeño que al lavarte los dientes todo el agua salia al suelo. El baño estaba lleno de botes vacios de previos inquilinos lo que me indica que nadie limpio para nuestra llegada. El suelo de la habitación estaba lleno de manchas y pelusas.

The idea of codes and practically is very nice. The bed and the room is not bad. Location is good.

The shower need to be change. I cant understand why you need to hold the shower. With €10 they can fix the shower holder. The toilet needs a very good clean. 30 min scrub with bleach will be perfect. Mold everywhere in the shower box. Kitchen is very messy. The fridge has one banana inside look like was put there a month ago. One of the staff knocked my door at 8 am to ask me the door code just ridiculous. Very nice idea but need someone to take care the property. The room 43 was the worse. The door are inside the kitchen every time someone go to the kitchen you can hear the noise.
