Phi Phi Island Cabana Hotel

Mejor ubicación imposible. Desayuno variado y muy rico. Muy limpio. Personal atento y maravilloso.

La piscina estaba cerrada. La mampara de la ducha estaba rota. Las paredes son de papel y se escucha a los vecinos.

Giving the hotel a star due to their friendly staff but they couldn’t understand much of our concerns.

The hotel did not meet our expectations. We were so excited to be spending New Year’s at this hotel only to be super disappointed. Their pictures online is deceiving, everything was run down. Their pool was out of service so we had to go use their neighbor’s pool. There’s not an elevator so we had to walk up and down the stairs with our luggage. The room smells old and the air conditioner only cooled the room for a few hours then it just got muggy and hot inside the room. Sleeping there for 2 nights was enough, we decided to check out a day early. The power went out 2 times, once while I was in the middle of taking a shower. I forgot to mention how disgusting the shower drain is and how small the shower door is. Breakfast was also served at a different hotel and not at the Phi Phi Cabana Hotel.

Amazing location.

No hot water. Pool was closed though they gave us option to use another hotel's pool. Toilet was really bad. Hotel staffs were kind of rude.

Desayuno buffet muy completo y la ubicación excelente.

Muy antiguo, sin accedo a wifi en los dormitorios, televisor antiguo, Las habitaciones están descuidadas, la potencia de la presión del agua muy escasa. Las fotografías mostradas en la publicidad no hacen referencia a la realidad.
