Good location; Close to a metro station (Wangsimni), a stone-throw to 24-hour stores (Family Mart, Ministop), airport limousine bus stops close to the hotel (stop at "Seongdong-gu District Office"). Hotel itself is fine; it has basic well-functioning facilities.
This is a great hotel - there are many good things about the place. The hotel staff are friendly and speak good English. We had to leave our luggage there for three days for a side trip outside of Seoul, so they looked after our luggage for us without hesitation. They also supply adapters (for a deposit) and free internet. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also of a high standard. The location is not exactly central, but it is only a ten minute walk to the closest subway station, Wangsimni. There is a Family Mart just down the road and a few other restaurants closeby. There is also a big shopping mall closeby. Overall this is a great hotel and is good value for money. The breakfast options are a little confusing. They advertise a buffet breakfast for $10,000 Korean Won, but when we went down one morning for it, they didn't have a buffet and didn't have a reason for it. But we were able to order a la carte from the menu. Not sure whether this was just on that one morning, or whether sometimes it is not available without notice.
No handicap or smooth engrance. Steep steps make one very misarable to carry on luggages and bags. They should make entrance more smoothier.
