Ventajas: Place is conveniently located at marina with tons of restaurants and cafes around. Easy walk to downtown and nearby beaches. Space was pretty big and provided all basic needs for few day stay.
Desventajas: We found place dirty. Carpet in the bedroom wasn't vacuumed and when we notified the stuff they sent cleaning crew that cleaned everything but again no carpet vacuuming so we were basically staying in the room with filthy carpet. Also we had a cockroach running through the living room one day. Overall we didn't expect luxury but expected cleanness and advertised in other reviews and unfortunately that wasn't our experience. Overall, even if this was one of the cheaper place around, we found the value still too high for what was provided.

Ventajas: Insuperable! Relación calidad precio buenísima, apartamento completo, cómodo, tranquilo y con vistas preciosas. Ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo. Personal muy agradable y atento. Nuestra visita coincidió con muy mal tiempo y nos dejaron hacer el check-out más tarde. ¡Volveré!

Ventajas: The location and the view were excellent. Yacht harbour one side and the beach on the other. Nice architectural design so with doors open a cooling breeze goes through. The surrounding area was clean and tidy and the gardens nicely kept. Supermarket close by as well as restaurants. Médina short walk away. Good to cook our own meals in the basic kitchen.
Desventajas: We booked an additional night but were charged at a higher rate than the previous two nights. Kitchen sink needs a plug.

Desventajas: Decimal alojamiento publico, y era la calle (obvio que es publico). Dejaron 1 toalla y 1 to toallon subiendo 4 personas, debimos reclamar y trajeron 2 mas. Wifi no habia el dia q llegamos, reclamamos y al dia siguiente hubo. Se Corto el dia antes de irnos y trajo otro modem. Burns predisposicion del propietario, pero debimos reclamar dos veces wifi.

Ventajas: Cleean, Quite and nicely located Resort. The stuff were nice and friendly. The inner pool was cool and kinda cosy. The rooms were big, we had to switch room on the second day for a king bed as we booked.
Desventajas: We got a twin bed at first but managed to find a king bed room. The breakfast was acceptable but could have been better.

Ventajas: Great quality for the price! Though it's a bit old hotel you have all you need and it's very clean. The views from my room were awesome and I had TV in my room, Wifi worked perfectly. Breakfast is simple but good (coffee, toasts, cake...). I had dinner for three nights and food was also very good and at good price. But the best thing is its staff: from recepcionists to waiters they were all very kind to me and helpful, always with a smile and willing to help me. I send greetings to them.
Desventajas: Just little things: I missed a plug closer to my bed in the room, and sometimes in the dining room there were some flies, but I'm very satisfied and would come back again.

Desventajas: We arrived early coming from norrh america we were ther at 7:30 am we stayed in the reception long hours until staff responsible of booking.com came in and took care of us. Air condition was not working. I had to ask many times to get it fixed. I was able to get a good room only because i came from booking.com the responsible person was very helpful and did evrything for us to get it well. This is the main thing that makes it positif otherwise it would have been a desaster. The hotel is crowded which makes hard for the staff to give the best service even if they are willing.

Desventajas: What a awful place, don't stay here. We checked in a 2pm. At 2:30 were shown to two completely dirty rooms, told that's all they had and to wait 30 minutes. We didn't get clean rooms until 4:30pm! Old facilities, terrible, rude staff and one of the saddest beaches in all of Monastir. (I live in Monastir and wanted a small getaway, what a waste of money) I wanted to complain about the many, many things that went wrong but was told there was no manager there on the weekend to talk to. Obviously this was either a lie or they just don't care it's an awful place because you already paid. Don't come here.

Desventajas: As 5 stars hotel( like any any 5stars hotel or even less then 5 stars in the world) i was expecting teeth bruch/teeth paste/shaving gel/..) however in this hotel it was not there. Moreover, the mini bar in the room was empty, anywhere in the world you get bottels of water included in the package, there is no room delivery of expresso or water-self service hhh-.i guess this service doesnt meet the 5 or even 4 stars hotel.

Animation staff is a bit noisy.

Ventajas: La ubicación es muy buena, al lado del puerto deportivo, del Ribat y cerca de la Medina. La vista desde la habitación era preciosa.
Desventajas: Hotel bastante viejo y con instalaciones poco cuidadas. La limpieza bastante deficiente y el desayuno solo regular. En recepción para imprimir las tarjetas de embarque tuvimos que enviarselas al correo personal de uno de los recepcionistas para imprimirlas ¿? Incomprensible, y el último día pedimos que nos llamaran un taxi y nos dijeron que no, que si lo llamaban era muy caro, que fueramos nosotros a buscarlo a la calle. En general para pasar una o dos noches puede pasar, para una estancia más larga no lo recomendaría.

Ventajas: Rooms are charming, comfortable and enormous, the quality of sleep is good. I have loved mattress and pillows. The hotel location is amazing: room have wide balconies with stunning sea-view, the marina is just around the corner and the old town at 10 minutes walk.
Desventajas: Level of cleanliness should be improved, both in bathroom and in the restaurant. Food is average. Staff at the reception is extremely nice and supportive, some waiters are not so nice/reactive.

Desventajas: The hotel needs maintaining as it has old furniture everywhere. Stained bed sheets, and dusty carpet (very old carpet throughout the hotel). I was not satisfied at all with the cleanliness of the hotel in general. Service is too slow and customer service is zero. Staff in general are well respectful and they try their best to answer your queries but they have shortages all the time, hence why I rated the overall service POORLY. I will not return back or even recommend it to any of my family or friends.

Ventajas: The services was very bad. They provided a very old and not clean bed. There are no enough meals.the swiming pool is not clean. The staff are very busy and they don't provide any support. I pass all night without AC and damaged TV. It's very bad hotel.

Ventajas: Very fast check-in and check- out. The stuff was friendly, funny and i felt very welcome. I missed the dinner for 3 Euros but the free breakfast the next day was amazing. Way more then i expected for a "petit dejeuner" 10/10. Other than that the pool, bar, chill area and the whole hotel design was modern clean and very cozy. I could work perfectly with the fast WiFi. My taxi arrived on time. Thank you. I will come back soon definately.
Desventajas: The air-condition was working but somehow the room was to warm. Maybe because it was off season they turned it down but it was absolutly okay. There was no ashtray on the terrace.

Ventajas: To give credit when credit is due,the only thing was good is the restaurant in this hotel, food and stuff.
Desventajas: Very disappointed since I get in I have the problem of parking, the security guys were very rude, there was not enough spots ..they did not even let me in to drop my family by the door,they asked me to look for spots across by construction site....i report that to the reception since there is no manager they were worst then the security guys...go to the room broken shower and bathroom..no enough towels only 2 for five of us ....very bud never back I do not recommended to no one.

Ventajas: The staff was very nice and the luggage room was available after check out.
Desventajas: Every room was a smoking room and the lobby was very smoky. As a nonsmoker I had a very hard time sleeping. The air conditioning did not work and the bed was very hard and thin.

Desventajas: There were 8 parking slits. When I arrived 2 were available. As I'm parking in, a security guy came and blandly asked me NOT to (reserved for their own staff). I asked where to park, he said "the street"!

Ventajas: Tasty breakfast, very helpful people in reception and lady who cleans rooms. Great localisation. I recommend for shorter and longer staying.
Desventajas: Indoor swimming pool was already closed in the begin of May.

Ventajas: The service was very good. Very honest and nice people. The pool and beach were amazing.
Desventajas: The rooms were not in the best shape. There was no fridge or vault and the wifi only worked in the lobby.

Ventajas: we went in the winter so the place was so quiet, we loved it, there was only couple of other guests so it felt like we had the whole place for ourselves. I really liked that I could literally walk to the beach from my room, it was on our doorstep.

Ventajas: La recepción tenía aire acondicionado fuerte. Había un trozo de playa privada. Habitación grande.
Desventajas: Llegamos y tuvimos que esperar 25 minutos a que apareciera alguien en recepción para hacer el check in. Las habitaciones están en un pasillo abierto al complejo (da la sensación de inseguridad) así que no faltaban escarabajos y cucarachas por las puertas, y nuestro pasillo no tenía luz por la noche. Solo había wifi en la recepción y era pésimo. La habitación nos la encontramos llena de charcos de agua, el aire acondicionado súper bajo, hay un plato de ducha (con manchones amarillos) en el suelo con una cortina (sucia) por lo que se sale el agua por todo el baño. Apenas había luz en la habitación. El desayuno bastante regular. A la piscina puede entrar cualquier persona que pague 15 dinares por lo que se convierte en una piscina pública.

Ventajas: Somewhere cheap to crash for a night in the area. Kind of like the S Club 7 resort for their 30 year reunion but without the maintenance and fun... Fine if you aren't expecting much. The working heating system in the room was the best thing.
Desventajas: Kind of depressing place to stay. They must be losing money every night though so feel bad for them.

Ventajas: Few kind and professional stuff, who tried to do their best. Others...just unbeliveble. Never, never again to this "hotel".
Desventajas: Unprofessional staff, unorganized, old and dirty place. Can not be called a hotel, at least if you are from developed country or have any of selfrespect. NOT suitable for families or children!! I saw all photos and comments, but reality was so far away from it. Only one or two comments and photo's were real and I did a mistake and didn't believe it.
