Ventajas: The hotel, staff, and facilities are all lovely. By day two 1/2 the staff recalled my name and they took care of the smallest details. Arman in the dining room knew just how I liked my coffee in the morning and always greeted me by name and with a big smile. My room wasn’t ready when I first arrived so they brought my luggage up for me while I went shopping. The rooftop bar was cozy and has exceptional views, and the rooms feel luxurious with down pillows and mattress toppers and super-soft sheets.

Ventajas: First time I stayed the room had good fung shuei odd shaped room but once I put away all the clutter it was fine. Outside window was dirty but you expect slime in the tropics. Second time I stayed I arrived in the evening and room was not ready yet. I asked why they did not contact me to tell me they would not have room for me. Not break answer. I took a room Inhad not ordered and they threw in breakfast. Was ok the room but I would not stay there again. Room had odd fung shuei . Too cluttered and too many unnecessary doors and passages

Ventajas: Its was very pleasant and peaceful place

Ventajas: I was only there one night however the hotel, however I enjoyed my stay as it was close to shopping, transport and the amenities were good.

Ventajas: Well designed and clean rooms. Friend who have been with us got a free upgrade to a bigger deluxe room because there were no free non smoking rooms on the same floor available. Very kind and professional staff. Some meals of the room service menu you can´t order after 11 pm. We asked kind for such a limited meal on 11:30 pm and they didn´t deny our request. Totaly amazing hotel :-)

Ventajas: The hotel is too far from the centre and not 10 min. as mentioned in the description!

Ventajas: this hotel is quite close to the train station which makes for good accessability to other parts of K.L.

Ventajas: It is value for money indeed. Location is good as far as Indian traveler’s are concerned. Indian Veg/Non-veg food joints are just 10 minutes walking distance. The taxi, City Bus & Hop on/off stop is right next to hotel. Moreover, the Metro station is also 5 Minute walking distance. The room and breakfast is also nice. No issues here. The Mumbai based famous tour operator is regularly using this hotel.

Ventajas: My son fell ill and we were forced to delay our planned sightseeing trip by a day. We ahd already paid the money in advance. The hotel staff was very accomadative and changed our programme as required.

Ventajas: The karaoke business downstairs, lots of fun.....the breakfast was good... restaurant staff were good! ok for travellers on a budget whom will be out all day local good shopping and cheap taxi trip to shopping centre.

Ventajas: NIce hotel almost in the center of city, near the market where you can find lots of fruits. Major attractions in the 20-30 minutes of the walk or 3-4 minutes in taxi. Clean and good price / quality.

Ventajas: The Staff were helpful

Ventajas: They offered us a late check out (9pm) at no additional costs when we asked them for the possibility to store luggage (because our flight was at midnight).

Ventajas: Good Hotel. Located in a covenient place.

Ventajas: The Room cleanliness was acceptable however not to the level of a standard 3 or 4 star hotel.
