Ventajas: Todo en este hotel era perfecto!!!! Desde la ubicación del servicio del personal del hotel

Ventajas: Este es un buen lugar si quieres escapar de todo, en una parte remota de la isla donde puedes hacer lo que quieras, en el complejo de golf. Hay un poco de cualquier cosa fuera de su complejo a menos que quieras tomar un taxi de agua a 30 minutos.

Desventajas: Cuando hicimos la reserva, queríamos un lugar agradable en una zona tranquila, con una bonita piscina y en la playa. Tenemos una hija de 6 años hicimos la reserva con 2 adultos y 1 niño. Cuando llegamos allí en el check-in, nos vimos obligados a pagar una tarifa de niño". No hay ningún sitio en el sitio web había ninguna mención de la tarifa de niño, y que se cita "política del hotel". Si yo hubiera sabido esto, sinceramente me habría considerado como el coste total del hotel. Además, si lo que quieres es ir a la ciudad, sólo hay dos opciones. 1) a dos horas a través de los bosques. O 2) pagar un taxi acuático privado a ir allí. Si tienes un problema con los mosquitos este no es el lugar para ti. Está lleno de mosquitos, pero insecticida está disponible en el minibar y un fogger está disponible gratis a matarlos en su habitación.

Ventajas: Very friendly staff, fantastic views, great app when it works (see below)

Desventajas: Far too many small problems that eventually outweigh the good points. Breakfast very poor same or very similar every day the western food section was served cold more often than it was available hot. They have a good app system but don’t seem to communicate very well when using it. Upgraded after 3 days for a hillside villa by the time I got into it and semi settled it was almost 4pm so never got the benefit of the upgrade. Was left from 11am until 4pm with no room this was not what I requested during upgrade discussion. Would I recommend to a friend doubtful too many niggles to be considered luxurious

Ventajas: Everything. Resort was beautiful, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Clean, all basic needs provide, went the extra mile to make our special occasion EXTRA SPECIAL. Already planning our return in January. Absolutely RELAXATION just what we needed

Desventajas: No complaints at all

Ventajas: Big pool and Spa were good. They use an app that is very convenient to chat with the hotel staff

Desventajas: This is not 5 star hotel. It is far from everything, you need to get a boat every time for 200 THB per person 1 way to get to the city center. They didn't change the sheets for us for two days and on the first day we found a small blood stain on the sheets. The facilities are not in great condition and look neglected. The sea waters are dirty with old boats coming in and out are spilling oil. Bottom line, bad value for money.

Ventajas: The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. The location, facilities and activities available are great.... so much to do. Highly recommend.

Desventajas: Esta muy alejado del pueblo y es absurdamente caro todo en el hotel. La comida es lo peor que probé en Thailandia. Al tomar el tour nos engañaron diciendo que habría ciertas cosas y no las había.

Ventajas: Visited for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon and it was stunning. The entire facility is out of this world and the staff are extremely helpful. My only draw back is the boat to the main town could do with going 1 or 2 more times a day. Getting stuck in the main town for a few hours in the blistering heat is not a pleasant experience. Food and drink was good with a large range of options, a bit pricey but what I would have expected. The pools are brilliant and the views are amazing. Would highly recommend for any honeymoon visitor to phi phi.

Ventajas: Nos quedamos en la villa mas alta del lado de la jungla ! Es brutal !! Estaba completamente aislada de las villas cercanas - privacidad 100% ! Las vistas espectaculares y la piscina excelente!! Creo que es algo que vale la pena probarlo y vale la pena !

Desventajas: Nada en particular

Ventajas: This place felt like paradise. The staff were so friendly and the restaurants and pools were great.

Desventajas: Lack of amenities close by like a shop etc. This meant you had to eat in the restaurants located in the property or buy snacks from the gift shop located on site.

Ventajas: Everything was exceptional — the service, the rooms, the location. We appreciated the quality of rooms and the facilities. As long as you are aware of the longtail scenario, then it was no trouble. Plan around the schedules, but you really don't need to leave the resort if you don't have to. We did a few trips away from the resort, but took long tails to come back. The resort is quite spread out, so you may need to walk around a bit, but it didn't bother us. The gym was great, and the pools were very relaxing.

Desventajas: No complaints. I would love to come back!

Ventajas: I really like everything, there’s a filipino staff to help us . It was very comfortable, very accomodating. The breakfast was very good. It’s expensive but i think it worth of the price.

Ventajas: Amazing. Absolutely everything about this resort made the effort to get there SO WORTHWHILE. The attention to paid to detail was astounding, and it is clear that they have thought of literally everything to make your stay beyond comfortable. The resort is immaculately maintained, and the rooms and gardens are in beautiful, pristine condition. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The private beach was just beautiful, and the warm blue water was spectacular. The little village situated behind the resort was charming and had the most amazing food. I will definitely be coming back, and am just blown away with how wonderful this resort was. If you consider going to Phi Phi Island, this should be your top priority in your search for accommodation. It is far away from the commercial nonsense of the island, and despite being a big resort, it is peaceful and you do not feel overwhelmed with crowds.

Desventajas: The breakfast buffet is not included in the total cost. The long boat that transfers you to the Ferry is not included in the total cost.

Ventajas: Es un resort es las Phi Phi, hubo trabajadores muy amables, otros no tanto. Nos hicieron upgrade para alojarnos junto a nuestros amigos. Las piscinas y el resort es bonito y siempre dispuestos a llevarte en buggy. Hay un supermercado cerca del hotel q descubrimos al final de nuestra estancia.

Desventajas: No me gustó la actitud del personal del buffet del deayuno. Muy antipáticos. Además de caro. Al estar en un resort no te quedan más opciones. No cuesta nada ser amable. Insistieron mucho en venderme por activa y por pasiva el traslado a Krabi desde el hotel por un precio desorbitado. Lo gestionamos a parte porque era una locura lo que pedían. Estaría bien que por el precio que se paga hicieran el servicio de Ida y vuelta desde el puerto principal de las Phi Phi al hotel. También cierran instalaciones como el billar a las 19:00, no entendimos porque tan temprano... poco se puede hacer aislado.

Ventajas: I loved the fact there was cats on the property . Fell in love with one specific . The beach was seconds away from our room. Loved the complimentary snorkeling . Bobby the bartender was absolute fantastic with my mother and I !

Desventajas: Loved everything

Ventajas: - Most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating - An absolutely stunning beach and clear water - Evening entertainment was brilliant. Shout-out to the two man band from the Philippines. They were just great.

Desventajas: - very remote location. Getting to the village in Koh Phi Phi was 1000 Baht one way - staff was uneducated concerning dietary restrictions (gluten/celiac disease). They had labelled many things gluten-free at the breakfast but they clearly were not. Also after speaking to the f&b manager, the signs were not exchanged until the rest of our stay. Furthermore, we ordered a gluten-free tuna carpaccio which was served with a crouton on it and the manager first tried to tell us just to leave it and eat around it. No education about cross-contamination. - Food and drinks were overpriced. They make the best out of their remote location money wise

Ventajas: Perfect stuff, who made special surprise for me and my husband (we had honeymoon and my husband had birthday, so they prepared for him birthday cake which was tasty and unforgettable). Nice location, clean, friendly stuff, quite beach without a lot of tourists. Definitely we will come back again

Desventajas: Room was a little bit old, however, it was nice, very clean and very comfortable

Ventajas: The breakfast is very nice and the beach is great! We really liked the infinity sunset pool and the facilities. When we arrived they even upgraded our room to one with sea views!!

Desventajas: The only bad thing is that you have to pay 200 baths pp for a long tail boat to take you there once you get to Phi Phi's main port (about 20 min ride). There is few information about this when you make the reservation on booking.

Ventajas: Our room was an ocean view.

Desventajas: My husbands sunglasses was stolen at the bar. These were ray bans and worth 250 usd. No one could own up and these were definitely taken by someone who cleaned our table.

Ventajas: The location because it was not in the center Tonsai bay, so it was not crowded; thats what i liked.

Desventajas: The rooms need to be refurnished to meet the modernity and needs of what residents want. Second they need to have more entertainment for the residents as its in an isolated island. Third no chairs were provided ok the beach.

Ventajas: Location and Hotel Beach. Breakfast had alot of options and so did the buffet. Playing soccer on the beach. Local fishermen’s that can take you around the Island. The homemade biscuits. The gym is very complete.

Desventajas: The hotel has a pool with Sunset view which is restricted to families with kids below 15y old. That creates a segregation between guests which is not correct. The pool is not even high risk even though it is located "near" a cliff unless you do something really unsafe. Otherwise there is no way to fall. The hotel should invest in making the pool safer with a protection net instead of restricting access. Also... Air conditioning is very very noise. The furniture could be a bit more updated. The bathroom as well you can tell that could use a restoration.

Ventajas: Staff went above and beyond , super friendly . Location is awesome . With 3 pools ( 2 infinity ) enough to choose Beachfront houses are really beachfront Breakfast , lunch and Dinner was very good . Absolutely recommended for families ( stay near the beach) for couples : use the sunset houses with private sunset pool Perfect WiFi :-)

Desventajas: Our beachfront house was a bit outdated , beds are not comfortable ( really terrible ) Airco was very loud ( low frequency noise ) I hope they will upgrade this .

Desventajas: El lavabo muy pequeño, sin separador de ducha se mojaba todo,aparte era muy antiguo y no tenía secador ni espacio para dejar nada .

Ventajas: Las vistas desde la piscina, la comida(no incluida) y que te recogen y llevan las maletas desde el puerto.

Desventajas: Baño sucio e incomodo, aire que no se puede parar, sábanas con manchas, escaleras infinitas para llegar a tu habitación, ubicación con buenas vistas pero sin buen acceso a la playa,un poco lejos de todo y recepcionista que va a los suyo.

Ventajas: Las vistas, la piscina. Te advierten que hay ruido pero en la habitación que nos toco todo perfecto, fuera se escuchaba ruido pero a la 1 ya se termina. Tienes q subir unas escaleras para llegar a la habitación pero son llevaderas y merece la pena.

Desventajas: La nevera dejaba de funcionar cuando retiras las llaves, por lo que tener algo frío cuando regresabas no era posible. El internet no funcionaba muy bien

Ventajas: The location was great, pool and its view was amazing. Fantastic location of the resort. The resort was on the beach parties location. Thumbs up for the location of the resort.

Desventajas: There were no toiletries provided, would have appreciated that. Just provided 2 mini soaps. Otherwise there is nothing negative about the resort.

Ventajas: Cleanliness, spacious and comfortable room with excellent view of the mountain! Beautiful infinity pool, the best on phi phi over looking the party beach. Staff were helpful especially Ate Rizalina Bautista. Highly recommended!

Ventajas: The view from the pool is amazing! Although, they definitely need to put some work on the facilities around the pool, no umbrellas and chairs are old.

Desventajas: Not worth the price. Compared to other properties on the island, this is way more overpriced and not as new. The pool area needs renovation, as well as the room furniture. When we arrived on the pier there were guys from all the hotels waiting to meet their guest and help with the luggage. They told us that the View Point Resort employee didn't go to the pier today, considering that this hotel is one of the farthest from the pier I think they should always have a employee there when expecting guests.

Ventajas: As I studied hotelmanagement and worked for several years in a hotel myself as soon as I walk into a hotel I feel the atmosphere of a hotel. This hotel has it all! Such a friendly, helpfull staff and a great host from arrival to departure who makes you feel so welcome! My husband and I came back to Koh Phi Phi after 12 years..Now together as a family with our son 9 years old and daughter 7 years old. We were so happy to stay at laemtongbeach as it's perfect for a family and a great place for snorkling! The beach is beautiful! We enjoyed breakfast in the morning, the friendly staff and also the choices of american/european breakfast but also the menucart for Thai breakfast! Also the menu for lunch and dinner has a lot of choices for all nationalities. We enjoyed the thai kitchen so much and again also the friendly, happy staff! Housekeeping is doing a great job, the rooms are very clean! We we're sad to leave and hope we will back soon again! Sooner then 12 years..;)

Ventajas: Brilliant location, right on the beach! Nice refreshing beach front pool, plenty of activities and excursions on offer. The restaurant was amazing... such delicious authentic thai food, but also plenty of other options if thai isn't for you!

Ventajas: Settled on the most beach on the island. Far from the crowd. Very intimate atmosphere. Beautiful view on Kho Phi Phi Leh. Location is just amazing. Breakfast was very filling and wonderful. I would just recommend them to add some vegan options. Staff is warm, friendly and very helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

Ventajas: Upon arrival the staff helped us off the long tail boat with our bags and provided us with fresh cool towels and some juice, they were very welcoming indeed! Our (upgraded) bungalow was cleaned every day with new bottled water provided. We especially loved our private tour with the lovely lady who runs the resorts partner (I think). We were so happy to have booked the private tour through them when we saw the jam packed tourist boats at each destination which were cramped and loud! I would definitely recommend booking tours through the resort. The journey to and from Tonsai main pier is fairly easy, with discounted long tail boats provided by the hotel. The breakfast was brilliant and super tasty, such a great variety. Overall I can’t believe the many excellent things included in the price you pay, we got upgraded to a beach front bungalow, we had incredible fresh breakfast every morning, free large bottled water, very cheap beers in the fridge belonging to the resort, lovely sun beds with beach towels and brilliant and lovely staff!

Desventajas: Nothing it was perfect

Ventajas: We love Blue Sky! Its one of our favorites. No pool or restaurant but the view and location makes up for all of that! Plus the staff who really make it feel like home. We were given breakfast although not included and collected and taken to and from the port when we arrived and left which just makes the stay that much easier (as its a trek into town but a beautiful one!). Plus we found a great restaurant further down the beach that had lovely, reasonably priced food so that was great!

Ventajas: I never usually write negative reviews however this place really blew our mind. Would not stay again. The only redeaming factor was the rooms were big and lots of light.

Desventajas: We chose this place because we read good reviews about the customer service and how friendly everyone was - we did not receive any of this. I understand it was low season, but a little smile and advice wouldn't go astray. - Unhelpful Staff - complete lack of customer service - Staff never looked up and said 'hello' always on their phones - Amenities and rooms were old and need a revamp -Mould on the walls of bathroom - TV didn't work (not that it mattered) but a little point Overall, the room facilities being a bit outdated and old could have been overlooked if we received 'some' level of service. Such a shame, we have been travelling for a few months and this was the worst stay.

Ventajas: We were warmly welcomed from 1st day of our little getaway. If youre genuinely sweet and nice... like us. Lol Probably you might get more than daily breakfast... but a room upgrade!

Desventajas: None at all. The distance and the hike was all worth it.

Ventajas: The location of the place is right on the long beach and the beach is a sight to behold. The lady who controls the whole resort is the kindest and smartest i met in Thailand. She knows the area inside out and recommends good things to do. Communicates well in English. They also arrange for snorkeling and other trips in private boats (which is better than staying in a bigger hotel and heading our with a bunch of people in bigger boats). 4 of us took a 6 hour long snorkeling trip and were amazed by the beauty of the places not so far from the resort. The breakfast is good (which was offered to us for free as we had 2 rooms for 2 nights). Lovely time here!

Desventajas: The rooms are a bit old but still clean. The decor is a bit tired too. But the staff, the location and the trips they organize really does make up for it.

Ventajas: Perfect location on a quiet and beautiful beach; clean beautiful and comfortable bungalows, superb breakfast. Nice staff super helpful: we organize several long tails tours with them, very good price and attention! Free snorkel on the boat, and good restaurants near... I wanna go back right now!

Ventajas: TODO! Cuarto SÚPER limpio que para mi es lo más importante. Nos regalaron el desayuno diario y era una delicia. Estas justo enfrente de la playa y muy bonita playa, desconectado de los turistas. El personal súper bueno. Son 25min caminando al pueblo, a mi no me importaba hacerlo de día ni de noche pero no es para cualquiera.

Ventajas: The view was amazing, I love the pool and the view of the beach. There is 3 pools. I think this hotel is well suited to couples, so romantic. Staff are lovely, I would recommend the yellow curry, best off eating the thai food here.

Desventajas: The location ruined the stay on phi phi for us. Having to get a long tail boat everywhere basically, which if you want a nightout it's hard to get back. Me and my friend slept at friends hotel to travel back in morning thinking it would be safer but boats couldn't take us back as too dangerous, so only option was to walk from pier to this beautiful hotel but she ended up in hospital. Also was a bit boring think this hotel would be even better if offered some entertainment on a night or activities during the day. The showers are terrible but only thing could really complain about that hotel offers. You should definitely stay here at least 2 night's.

Desventajas: Hay varias cosas que no me gustaron de este resort: - Las habitaciones situadas más lejos de la playa no tenían WIFI. Entiendo que sea difícil por la localización que llegue el WIFI a sitios más alejados, no obstante, cuando reservas la habitación te dicen que sí que tiene, por lo que me sentí un poco estafada. Si desde el primer momento me hubiesen dicho que no había, tan igual habría pagado más por estar en una habitación que sí que cuenta con este servicio. - La piscina principal estaba cerrada por mantenimiento cuando fuimos, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar de ella. Además, de las otras dos piscinas, una de ellas tenía aspecto de estar sucia, por lo que no nos bañamos en ella.

Ventajas: Magnifica playa, desayuno correcto.

Desventajas: Mala conexión de internet en playa y habitaciones. Acceso empinado para llegar a las habitaciones. Dejadez en el orden y limpieza en la zona de la playa.

Ventajas: Nos alojamos 3 noches y ha sido una estancia muy placentera y recomendable. Buscábamos huir del caos y turismo de la zona del pier. Situada en long beach encontramos relax, paz y un alojamiento con cabañas cómodas y completas. Desde el resort hay servicio de longtail por 150bht y tarda solo 10 min! En la playa del resort pudimos hacer snorquel y ver muchísimas especies que luego también vimos en los tours de otras zonas. Nos pareció un servicio y trato excelente. Repetiríamos!

Desventajas: El previo de las excursiones, mucho más elevado que yendo a contratarlas en la zona del pier.

Ventajas: We had a great stay and would highly recommend The Beach resort good breakfast and we even got to see the monkeys and a Fire show every evening at 9pm

Ventajas: Location was perfect. Rooms were perfect and clean especially the front bungalows A1-A2. From what we have seen around the island is the only hotel with rooms so near to the sea. Food and drinks were very good.

Desventajas: The staff at the restaurant was not smiling at all, making it sometimes awkward situation.

Ventajas: Stayed in room A02. It is the leftmost room from sea. Beautiful view.

Desventajas: Little more cleanliness in bathroom would be much appreciated.

Ventajas: La playa es hermosa, no hay mucha gente y eso la hace mas linda aun, la gente del hotel muy amable, la habitacion la limpian entre 6 personas y hacen todo muy rapido.

Desventajas: El camino hacia el puerto de phi phi era algo dificil, oscuro, feo de llegar si queres salir a la noche y vas caminando (Es media hora a pie y subiendo y bajando entre arboles, ramas) Recomiendo llevar celular cargado para usar la linterna durante todo el tramo.

Ventajas: The rooms, location and the sympathy of the staff were amazing.

Desventajas: We didn’t catch the free taxi boat that was waiting for us when we arrived to phi phi, and because of that we understood that we were getting the free taxi boat at the end of our stay (we may have got it wrong tho). The guys from the taxi boat started to ask for money and we said that we didnt have any because we tought that trip would be free, they started to get angry at us and we told them that we could withdraw some money at the city center, they didn’t seem to listen to us and started to threaten us. After talking to the manager of the bungalows she said to us that they were right and that trip wasn’t free. In conclusion, excelent service regarding the bungalows, horrible service of taxi boats.

Desventajas: Internet wasn't working. Reception staff very vague about the problem. Overall most staff looked uninterested and unenthusiastic.

Ventajas: La ubicación es ideal para descansar y para ir a la zona de tiendas, restaurantes.... hay un paseo de 30 minutos muy bonito. En el alojamiento hay de todo, no es necesario desplazarse. Totalmente recomendable.

Ventajas: El lugar era precioso, playa delante de los bungalows

Ventajas: Location was idyllic, beautiful sandy beach and clear sea minutes from the bungalow. Room very clean. We were in Q1 and had a sea view. Staff very helpful. I also had a very good Thai massage. Staff waiting at the Quay with a long tail boat to transfer us to the hotel on arrival.

Desventajas: There was some renovation work going on - a new mini mart - and changes to roofing in the outside restaurant area. While noise was at a minimum it was a but disruptive and the usual buffet style breakfast was not available. Im sure this is a temporary measure.

Ventajas: Breakfast was very good, the location and view is really nice, the music the neighbouring beach-bar was playing was nice and only lastet till 12 so you could easily fall asleep without being bothered by it

Desventajas: The water hose to clean your feet from the sand was kaputt, also we carried quite a bit of sand into our room so a broom would have been nice. They didn't have a room service every day so we ran out of toiletpaper

Ventajas: Literalmente a 20 metros tenías la orilla del mar, mejor imposible. Te recogen las maletas a la llegada del ferry en un carrito. El hotel está a 10 minutos caminando del muelle y de la zona centro.

Desventajas: Cama muy dura, agua de la ducha sin apenas presión.

Ventajas: La ubicación frente a la playa está muy buena.

Desventajas: El aseo muy malo, las sábanas y colcha manchadas, el ducha estaba rota y el lavamanos, los arreglaron el segundo día.

Ventajas: The guy welcome me by Tonsai, then load my luggages to their hotel.

Desventajas: A lil over $5 charged me when I booked $76 but I have had to pay $81 some at the hotel, stuff said if I paid thb in cash should be $76.. that s funny!!!

Ventajas: Lady at the reception, aircon, water to drink, free transfer from the pier and to the pier, beach nearby. I recommend trip booked from the hotel by speedboat to the Monkey Beach, Maya Bay, snorkeling and watching bioluminescent plankton at night

Desventajas: The room was small but for a short stay it was good enough

Ventajas: Location is excellent, on the beach and an easy walk to he ferry pier and restaurants etc, nice and quiet at night. WiFi is great, had a very strong connection from our room. Having free access to the loungers on the beach and a beach towel to use was fantastic! Also useful having a kettle, hairdryer and fridge in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful!

Desventajas: The shower was very weak and cold, also the water from the shower smelled like eggs. The bed was also quite hard.

Ventajas: Met us at the pier and carried our bags, very helpful staff. Quaint little resort, would recommend.

Ventajas: Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Sin fianza para nada.

Desventajas: Bungalows viejos, TV de tubo. Poca limpieza, nos encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación (aunque en la isla hay bastantes). Por la pérdida de llave te cobran 2000THB. La presión de la ducha es mínima, con moho en la alcachofa.

Ventajas: Bungalows were extremely clean and a lot more spacious than I expected. Pool was also nice. Good location and far enough away from the party bars that it’s quiet but still only a 2 min walk away.

Desventajas: Decorating in Bungalow is dated, but who cares!

Ventajas: La ubicación era excelente! Si bien la vista desde la habitación no era muy bonita, pero es un detalle. Dentro de los lugares en que he estado, el desayuno era de lo mejor!!! El personal es muy amable y con mucha disposición a ayudar. Al llegar a Phi Phi nos esperaban en el puerto para ayudar a mover el equipaje.

Desventajas: Como detalles la almohada y colchón eran un tanto duros, pero bueno, eso dependerá de los gustos de cada quien. A ratos se sentía un poco de mal olor en el baño (desagüe).

Ventajas: Hotel céntrico pero sin ruidos por la zona de fiesta. Suficiente para pasar un par de noches en la isla. Buen servicio de limpieza. Buen wifi a diferencia de la gran mayoría de hoteles del país.

Desventajas: La cama no era muy cómoda y el wc algo viejo.

Ventajas: Es muy cerca al Puerto, las habitaciones amplias y comodas, muy amable el personal.

Desventajas: Our bedroom absolutely stunk of mould & our clothes & luggage stank after a one night stay. We informed the hotel staff but they didn’t even bat an eyelid or apologise. The sink & tap in our bedroom was old & falling a part. The shower was rubbish & the hose part was so short we could hardly wash properly. Would never stay again even though the location was fantastic. We’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels after being in Thailand for 3 weeks and the bedrooms have been miles better. The mould smell was just horrific & made me & my friend feel sick the whole next day.

Ventajas: The staff were pleasant and generally just left me to do what I wanted which suited me well. I found the room to be clean, everything worked fine.

Ventajas: It’s close to the main pier in the center of the town but quite at the same time. The room was ok and clean, it was correct for the price we paid.

Desventajas: They don’t have breakfast and the staff doesn’t speak too much english

Desventajas: No elevator so we had to carry 3 suitcases to the 3rd floor. First day the wifi in our room didn't work (but we were offered a different room) Biggest let down for us unfortunately to say because our stay was very pleasant until this point..was the last night of our stay there was a power cut for over an hour or two, I went down several times to the reception (around midnight) but to my avail there was noone to be found. I even asked around the local restaurants opposite if they knew the manager or the owner to contact them directly. We were extremely let down because it states in the description of the hotel that there is 24hr reception. Feeling hopeless and hot I gave up and went back to my room.

Ventajas: 1. Location was fantastic.Just a minute of walking distance from McD/Tonsai Pier. It's so well located that we could even get dinner at 12:30am from a restaurant bang opposite to the hotel. 2. The room we got had excellent view of the swimming pool of neighbouring hotel. 3. The room has enough light. The air con was perfect.

Ventajas: Buena ubicación y sin ruidos provenientes de fiestas.(Pero mucho ruido durante el día por una construcción aledaña, que estimo será temporal) Habitacion tal cual las fotos, bien mantenido, a/a buen funcionamiento. Limpio, no insectos en el interior. El señor que está cuidando siempre a disposición, nos dejó quedarnos hasta las 14 que salía nuestro ferry. Recomendadisimo si lo que buscas es un lugar limpio y fresco, para descansar luego de playa o actividades en la isla. Lo justo y necesario. :)

Desventajas: A gusto con todo.No encontré nada que no haya visto en la reserva de booking previamente.

Ventajas: Great location - although hard to go wrong on an island that small. Right next to pier and restaurants but far enough away from bars that you can’t hear it all night. Basic but comfortable and clean.

Desventajas: We stayed on the top floor and no wifi signal at all. Everybody lied to me when I complained about it not explaining why. If you stay in the big room, give up wifi.

Ventajas: From the second we arrived at the resort, we were treated like royalty. Our bags were taken care of, while we’re were given exquisite welcome drinks and a cold towel to cool us down before being led to the most incredible private cottage with a view overlooking the sea. The rooms are perfectly clean as well as exceptionally comfortable. I would recommend this resort to fellow couples and would most certainly visit again in the future.

Desventajas: The pool area was a little untidy in places, but as it was the wet season, that’s to be expected. The pool had tree parts and the odd bug on it, but again, to be expected given the location and time of year.

Ventajas: En general estuvo todo genial. El personal fue súper amable y atento, la playa preciosa, la habitación perfecta, estuvimos en una cabaña amplia, con baño y un balcon con hamacas. La piscina también está muy bien.

Ventajas: Fue el mejor hotel en el que estuvimos en todo 1 mes viajando por el sudeste asiático. Me encantó la amabilidad del personal, sobretodo de Miss Oranan, muy agradable, atenta y cariñosa con nosotros. En españa perfectamente seria un hotel 5 estrellas. Si quieres estar tranquilo y en paz es el mejor lugar donde estar, en el norte de la isla, absolutamente tranquilo.

Desventajas: La única pena es que para ir al centro de la isla tienes que ir siempre en barca o ferry porque es imposible llegar de otra manera, puedes ir caminando por la selva pero no lo recomiendo. Cada viaje al centro eran 200 bahts, los restaurantes de la zona correctos, pero bastante caros.

Ventajas: Friendly, helpful people. Lovely setting.

Ventajas: Despite only getting to stay here for a few hours due to a hospital stint, June was the perfect host. She told my partner about many of the local attractions and suggested a local clinic for me to attend. A help brought my bags to our room seeing my sick state making life a little easier for me. We will 100% be returning here the next time we go to Phi Phi.

Ventajas: Stayed her for three nights while on the island of koh phi phi, my friend and I had two big suitcases and it was only minutes away from the port . Right in the centre of everything without being too nosy at night . June the woman working there couldn’t of been more helpful she gave us all the information we needed while on the island . The room was always clean and comfortable . Can’t thank June enough for her wonderful service .

Ventajas: First I must admit that the owner lady JUNE is amazing. She is an information hub. She cares about the guests and their comforts. Location of this hotel is at the center of the Island and only few minutes walk from the pier. All the main attractions are very close to the property. The food hub is just few minutes walk from it. Rooms size is moderate. However all neat and clean. Well secured property.

Desventajas: Lo que si que se podría mejor es que en algunas cabañas no hay agua caliente, pero aun así, con la calor que hace, se puede soportar.

Ventajas: A tropical paradise! Perfect location, perfect accommodations, delicious food (try the green curry - yum!), beautiful beach, very nice staff! They rent out snorkeling masks and kayaks. You can also book half day or full day tours with them. The location is very remote and just beautiful. For an extra charge of 150 bath they take you from Tonsai Pier (where the ferryboats dock) to the resort on a long boat. But if you are feeling adventures and don't mind the heat you can walk about an hour through the jungle to get here.

Desventajas: Please loose the plastic straws! There is no need for two straws to be served with each cocktail! Give them out by request only or just switch to paper or reusable ones!

Ventajas: Es una pasada. Cabañas de madera a primera línea de playa. Playa preciosa. Punto de snorkel recomendado en la isla. Mosquitera. No tiene agua caliente (hace un calor que te mueres, no hace falta), y luz de 6 P.m a 6a.m, en su página lo avisan,con lo cual no es ninguna sorpresa. Romántico a rabiar. Relación calidad precio con los hoteles de sus mismas características inmejorable. Nos hemos quedado 3 noches más. Tiene restaurante y la comida esta buenísima. Todos los hoteles de la isla que dan a las playas únicamente tienen acceso desde el mar. Te cobran 150baths, por persona y viaje, avisado en la página del hotel, tampoco es novedad. Hasta los miradres y la zona de compras hay media hora de trecking por la selva... toda una aventura.

Desventajas: Todavía estamos aquí...ES Maravilloso!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ventajas: I liked that we were directly facing the beach and Relax guests were the only one using it. I also liked the little bungalow we stayed in and the balcony we had.

Desventajas: Everything was good however it is quite far from the main town - either a 30 min long boat ride or 60 min walk through the jungle! It rained the whole time we were there, boat trips to Phi Phi Leh were off and it was too slippery to go for a walk into the town

Ventajas: Nothing. If you like the beach and wants to stay the whole day in one place this might suit you.

Desventajas: Few things!! Transfer from Tonsai pier costs THB150 which is not clearly mentioned in the hotel description. There is no other way (except walking through the bush for 1 hour) to get to this hotel other than taking a boat. Everytime you need to go the centre it costs THB150 if you take the hotel boat or you can get a taxi boat which can cost a bit. When we got there my credit card was charged and they have done the currency conversion. This means the THB is converted to AUD by the Thai bank instead of my credit card issuer. This is not ideal as the conversion rate is low (please ask your bank if any doubts). When I asked the lady about that she was repeatedly saying that was not the case. Had a difficult time sorting it out!!!

Ventajas: Playa magnífica, masajes en la orilla del mar, totalmente paradisiaco

Ventajas: Las vistas de la habitación con acceso a la playa eran impresionantes, merece la pena. habitación amplia y cómoda.

Desventajas: El baño olia bastante mal, el desayuno es buffet, pero muy básico.

Ventajas: En entorno donde está ubicado

Desventajas: La forma para llegar al alojamiento, escaleras de sacos de arena encima de las raíces de los árboles y las puertas de los bungalós cerraban de forma dificultosa

Ventajas: Está en la mejor playa de toda la isla! Las habitaciones están a dos pasos de la arena. El puerto de Tonsay está a 15 min caminando por la selva, pero es de fácil acceso. Desayuno tipo bufé y para el resto de comidas el restaurante tiene precios muy buenos.

Ventajas: La tranquilidad, las vistas, la comida del restaurante y la habitación. El bungalow era de construcción nueva y moderna con vistas a la playa. Poder salir de la habitación y pisar la arena de playa es un lujo. El hotel está alojado lejos del centro permitiendo estar tranquilo y relajado.

Desventajas: El wifi no funcionaba. Más facilidades para ir al puerto del pueblo.

Ventajas: Que estaba en la playa. Buena limpieza. Tranquilidad

Ventajas: Muy buena situación, junto a la playa. Te podías dar un masaje económico junto a la playa. El desayuno era muy variado y amplio en una terraza a pie de playa. Las habitaciones grandes. Si avisas al alojamiento con tiempo, te van a buscar desde el puerto al hotel de forma gratuita

Desventajas: El baño de la habitación estaba un poco descuidado, aunque para lo que es Tailandia no estaba mal.

Ventajas: La playa donde está situado y desayunar y cenar frente al mar con vistas preciosas

Desventajas: El personal fatal, el desayuno deja mucho que desear, las habitaciones descuidadas y antiguas. Está muy bien situado porque la playa es preciosa, pero para ir a cualquier sitio tienes que pagar un barco que te llevé del hotel al puerto si o siii (5€ persona solo un viaje). La otra opción es caminar 20 minutos que a pesar de ser un paseo bonito, es wai hacerlo 1 vez, pero no 2 o 4 al día, y menos con tormenta o por la noche.

Ventajas: La ubicación hace honor a su nombre, la playa es espectacular y tener a dos pasos de la cama la arena es una gozada. El personal fue muy amable y facilitan mucho la llegada y la salida con un servicio de transporte en bote (gratuito) al muelle principal de la isla.

Desventajas: Por comentar algo, las instalaciones podrían mejorarse un poco y, aunque el desayuno estaba bien, la comida del restaurante a la carta era muy mejorable.

Desventajas: The breakfast was useless. The Pillows were not good. The bed was very hard. No beach chairs as advertised online. No proper bar as well.

Ventajas: Si vas a ir para estar vuelta y vuelta en la playa, sin aglomeraciones y sin quere salir de hotel, es un sitio muy bueno. El desayuno muy rico y variado. La comida y la cena tambien, con amplia carta para elegir. La playa y las vistas son espectaculares. Desayunas con unas vistas de Koh phi phi lee impresionantes
