Ventajas: This is a beautiful hotel in the wonderful setting of the Daly Vila in Ibiza Town. The staff are lovely, very accommodating. We will return and would recommend.

Ventajas: Everything. The private transfer from the airport in the hotels limo got our stay off to the perfect start. Our standard doubles were both luxurious and spacious with comfortable beds which provided a great night's sleep. The marble bathroom with spa bath was a treat. Breakfast was wonderful and just the tonic for the previous nights wine and cocktails. The staff were equally wonderful and we couldn't fault the service. Fully deserving of it's five stars.

Desventajas: Whilst lovely the pool was more of a plunge pool than somewhere to swim.

Ventajas: The location and the staff.

Ventajas: My 16 year old niece and I enjoyed everything about the Hotel Mirador de Dalt Vila. We like small, boutique hotels with character and the Mirador certainly delivered. The staff, rooms, food and location were all excellent.

Ventajas: We had to fly very early to Barcelona on the morning of our departure. Our taxi had to leave before breakfast was served at the regular 8am time. The staff made a special breakfast for us (without even being asked to do so) So that we could eat. The rooms are spacious, clean and very modern. Its located in the castle district near the port and the views are magnificent. Old world charm and character combined with the a beautiful modern facilities.

Desventajas: Nothing to dislike. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.

Ventajas: The staff is really helpful and friendly. The terrace of the hotel (cafe/restaurant) is really nice and peaceful. I could stay sting there many hours. The room had a great view over the harbor and nice size. It was also quiet as requested. Then have very tasty gluten free bread which is great. The hotel is always a good choice if you want to stay in town.

Desventajas: The service at the restaurant was very slow at the beginning. From the hotels I go (5 stars) I spect a faster service but I guess thats what they are used to. I don’t find it right though. The staff was very nice (but slow or forgetting). The interior design of the rooms is very old fashion, but its ok... Perhaps the next time they do a refurbishment they should change the style (is still in good condition)

Ventajas: THE LOCATION AND THE FACILITIES

Ventajas: Everything, we had breakfast lunch and dinner one day due to expected rain and wind storms. Went out to see the local area between storms and managed to get back without getting too wet. The food we had was exceptional, the presentation was superb and the staff was perfect. I was very impressed with everything.

Desventajas: There was nothing to find any fault with.

Ventajas: Amazing room. Excellent staff. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely plunge pool area. Terrific views and location right in heart of Ibiza Town.

Ventajas: It would be good if the hotel provides drinking water daily to the rooms. Breakfast is good , I would expect better coffee. It would be delightful to drink better coffee and relax at the hotel’s restaurant which has very nice atmosphere at the terrace

Ventajas: Really comfy beds. Breakfast was really really nice. The rooms were quaint Spanish style and quite roomy. Well stocked mini bar and not expensive at all. So convenient for Ibiza town only 10 Euros in a taxi, but literally in the middle of beautiful orange groves in the middle of the country.

Desventajas: There was nothing that could have been better - if they could somehow magic the mosquitoes away - that would be good!

Ventajas: Snacks all day in the reception; free late check-out

Ventajas: El sitio es muy agradable, tranquilo y muy cerca del centro de Ibiza lo cual facilita poder salir a cenar o a dar una vuelta al acabar la jornada

Desventajas: Falta de detalles. Para el precio que tiene la habitación es justa, el desayuno siquiera podíamos disfrutarlo rodeados de gatos que sentaban en las sillas (yo personalmente soy alérgica) y con hasta 10 avispas en la mesa. Entiendo que es campo pero hemos estado en otros agroturismos y nunca hemos vivido esto. Por lo demás el personal agradable, el sitio cuidado, limpio y bonito pero en mi opinión sin esos detalles que te hacen repetir cuando hablamos de 400 euros la noche.

Ventajas: Our whole experience was fantastic. The grounds are beautiful, the pool area is lovely, and the breakfast selection was fantastic for a small hotel. The ladies at concierge were so, so helpful and went above and beyond to help us with restaurant bookings, taxis, car hire etc. I would definitely love to stay again.

Desventajas: We stayed out of season so it was quiet, which was fab, but on this basis we didn't have dinner at the hotel. I am sure it would be busier and buzzier in the summer though.

Ventajas: Property is very beautiful, surrounded with orange trees. Great location to discover the island, you can drive everywhere in 20 minutes. Comfortable spacious room. Very peaceful and quiet (off season)

Desventajas: I liked everything. May be better guidance about the island, places to go, see, making reservations, etc. can improve the overall service.

Ventajas: The property is beautiful and very well maintained. It’s very green and extremely romantic. The people who work there are very friendly and it’s by far the best breakfast that weI’ve ever had!

Ventajas: We loved the beautiful gardens of the hotel. You are close to everything but you only see orange and olive trees. It is really peaceful. The breakfast buffet is amazing, and so is dinner. The staff is really friendly, especially in the restaurant! We would definitely love to come back!

Desventajas: I would have loved a shower in the room instead of a bath/shower

Ventajas: Me and my friend happen to miss our flight and had nowhere to stay! Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name however one of the men at reception couldn’t have been more helpful and found us accommodation within an hour.

Ventajas: Fantastic hotel and experience. Only thing was the shower tray was dirty but overall fantastic!

Ventajas: We had a fabulous stay here! Staff were super helpful and Dani especially was a fantastic member of staff, he was very attentive and helpful when one of our party lost their purse at the airport. Couldn’t have had a better stay, pool area was amazing and the room was very clean. The location is fantastic, easy walking distance to shops and short taxi rides to the big clubs in Bossa. It is a hotel with a mixture of guests including couples and families so if you’re looking to party at the hotel as well as the clubs may be not the one for you... nice chilled atmosphere. Only wish we had stayed longer!

Ventajas: We loved this hotel! The pool area is nice, with 2 pools and a jacuzzi. It was not too busy and we never had to fight for space in or around the pool in mid August. The loungers are really comfortable. The bar and restaurant staff are amazing, very friendly and go out of their way for guests. Great food and drinks. The location is perfect. Out of the way enough to not be too noisy but really close to bars and clubs. About a 20 min walk to the pier to take a water taxi to old town.

Desventajas: Nothing to not like!

Ventajas: Rooms were well equipped and serviced every day if you wanted it, sunbathing area and sunbeds cleaned every morning with fresh towels to use. Massages available (and I had 2 in the gorgeous spa area) and she was amazing! Staff welcoming and our daily host in the restaurant was great! Buffet breakfast very good. Security/cctv of hotel was very reassuring day and night. Great location to walk to main strip of Playa d’en Bossa and even to Figueretes but also plenty of buses and taxi’s available.

Desventajas: The only issue was the wifi connection in our room which they fixed calling out an IT company who replaced the antenna and they provided us with a complimentary massage for the inconvenience.

Ventajas: Since the reception, to the restaurant, rooms very good at all levels

Desventajas: No hay aire acondicionado, me dijeron que abriese la puerta o la ventana. Las obras al otro lado de la calle comenzaron a las 8:00 AM. También hay mosquitos. Tuvimos que dormir con temperaturas de 26° C.

Ventajas: This was a 3 hotel stay on our trip to Ibiza and the Sir Joan exceeded our expectations in every way. The Sir Joan was originally on our radar but was a last minute addition when we decided to extend our trip. From the moment we stepped inside and were offered welcome drinks the service and attention to detail was phenomenal. The rooms are chic and sexy, plenty of light and balcony space. The bathrooms are super clean and elegant and the location is perfect. Breakfast was served ether in room or by the swimming pool. I am also convinced that the hotel restaurant Izakaya is a cut above the nearby Nobu. In particular a shout out to Emmanuel and Gerard for looking after us so well!

Desventajas: Nothing really - it was perfect!

Ventajas: One of the beat hotel experiences ever! The staff at the hotel made it a very pleasant stay with their smile since we arrived until we left. They made sure that everything was always comfortable and easy. Even though it is an adult only hotel they gave an exception for accompanying my 2 year old daughter with me and made her stay amazing as well. I would like to thank the whole staff for making our time in Ibiza so enjoyable especially Carolina Chan and Joaquin!!

Ventajas: I have travelled a lot in my life, but the staff here were probably the best I’ve ever experienced. All the staff were so friendly, the welcome drink was a great touch, and going up to our room with our luggage already in the cupboard was also great!

Desventajas: Rooms were very small with a view of a wall. Whilst we had a balcony, there weren’t any seats to sit outside on it. It is a very expensive hotel, but I suppose it is Ibiza!

Ventajas: We booked three rooms and we went for 8 days. I used to stay there every summer for the last 5 years. This year was a nightmare we could not sleep the rooms were all so hot because the change the AC sistem change with sensors that swift of and most of the night you wull be in an oven. talk to the manager and only received a wrong explanation.

Desventajas: Need to really reoair the climate of the rooms. Food and concierge are good. But they save money turning off tge AC and you will mot bevable to sleep. Used to be the best hitel in Ibiza but no longer.

Ventajas: Weren't accommodating on keeping rooms together and letting us know in advance they did not have connecting rooms.

Ventajas: Location was really good, midde of everything you need in Ibiza. Room was quite at nights and really good night sleep. Bed was good and service was totally awesome, staff people was so kind and nice, even when it’s the busiest time in year. They smile and we felt really wellcome to be there. Thank you guys! Can’t waiting for next time.

Ventajas: Very central in Ibiza Town. Less than 5 minute walk from both Dalt Villa and Port d’Eivissa. Couldn’t ask for anywhere more central.

Desventajas: No tea/coffee facilities in my room, however, there were plenty of bars and cafes within a one minute walk.

Ventajas: Very nice owner in the spirit of the island. Rooms have views on old town . They have charming old balcony and furniture. The location couldn’t be better. Personal Always ready to help and really nice. I’m coming back again.

Desventajas: Flight of stairs were a trek everyday, defo keeps you fit! You have to share bathrooms, however in saying this access to the bathrooms were never a problem as it was quiet.

Ventajas: - The owner is quite nice....big plus - The location is in the center

Desventajas: - Third floor - No breakfast (no kitchen) - Small double room - No service during the night, other guest where very loud in the night.....

Nos hemos sentido como en casa. De agradecer también el detalle de cuidarnos las maletas y darnos opción a ducharnos en sus instalaciones a pesar de haber dejado la habitación. Ventajas: La atención del personal es maravillosa, te hacen sentir como en casa. El buffet del desayuno es de gran calidad, y muy variado. Te guardan las maletas sin problemas, se agradece.

Desventajas: No es que no me gustara, pero creo que la relación calidad precio es algo elevada. Es un punto que se traslada a todo en la isla. No me parece correcto que el pk sea de pago, si bien es cierto que en septiembre no hemos tenido problemas de aparcamiento.

Ventajas: The hotel is Nice and i enjoyed my stay. The room is small, but i knew it. The breakfast is really good and the staff was always helpful with us. There is a public parking close to The hotel and a small market that you can buy some stuff to eat and drink during the Day.

Ventajas: Nice pool area, excellent location and views. Nice clean hotel with parking. Huge breakfast spread. Overall nice room with terrace.

Desventajas: The shower is a bit slippery and I prefer it when there are 2 pillows per person with varying firmness. But generally those are minor complaints in an otherwise excellent stay.

Ventajas: The breakfast was amazing, with great views. The location was great it was a little haven in a busy place. You had great access to everything. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea.

Desventajas: One of the worse hotels for corridor noise that I have ever stayed in. The door to the room did not block any sound coming from the corridor. Lying in bed you could hear all the noise from the corridor, plus from the room above. I think most of the time the culprits were housekeeping, who made no effort to be quiet whatsoever. Basically couldn’t sleep past 7am any morning of my stay due to noise. Not ideal under any circumstances but particularly for Ibiza where some nights we were only getting to bed at 6am. Also we found many members of staff to be rude and treating guests with suspicion rather than paying customers.

Ventajas: Property is beautiful. But no beach access.

Ventajas: Fantastic hotel with 180 degree sea views (sea view well worth paying for!). Excellent buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Lovely helpful staff. There is clearly an ongoing investment into the hotel, as each year new facilities are added (wider pool, pool bar, garden restaurant). The one place we keep coming back to.

Desventajas: Was extremely disappointed with gym! I booked this hotel with wanting to utilize the amenity of the gym. The gym had one treadmill and it was broken my entire stay!!! I find that to be completely unacceptable when paying 350 per night.....

Ventajas: The breakfast was fantastic. The front desk was incredibly helpful. The concierge was great to help us navigate restaurant recommendations and bookings. The seaside view was divine. Would happily recommend to all my networks.

Desventajas: Room service, whilst I can appreciate were busy didn't really give you any time to consider the prices. They expected you to make an on the spot decision, not even 5 seconds to consider. They were rather rude.

Ventajas: El aparthotel está muy bien en conjunto, con un diseño limpio y funcional. Las habitaciones/apartamentos son espaciosos y muy luminosos, con un diseño espectacular y muy cuidado. El personal es muy atento y nos dieron todo tipo de indicaciones, para disfrutar mejor nuestra estancia. La cama era muy grande (King) y muy confortable y el baño moderno y cómodo.

Ventajas: La ubicación es buena. Cerca del centro y lejos del ruido

Desventajas: Es muy caro para la poca calidad de las habitaciones. Cables colgando, nevera ruidosa, carpinterías y persianas de aluminio mal pintadas de negro... Cuando lo abrieron tenía el encanto de la creatividad de sus grafittis y los propietarios respondían a lo que uno esperaba de ese ambiente. Ahora, con el cambio de propiedad, es solo un hotelito muy caro al que le hace falta una buena reforma si pretenden seguir cobrando cerca de 200 euros por una noche.

Ventajas: I can't talk highly enough about Urban Spaces. It was perhaps the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. Funky décor, clean, thoughtful facilities (Wine glasses and corkscrew) a lovely balcony. Being upgraded was an added bonus. Simmo was amazing at Reception with local information, club tickets, late checkout etc.. He was so helpful, friendly and really made my stay what it was, perfect! Prosecco on arrival, what more can I say as a foodie and wine connoisseur.

Desventajas: Nothing at all...well maybe just some water glasses would be great. I didn't want to break the wine glasses so additional water glasses would be a welcome addition. Also knowing that the safe needed a key would have reduced my frustration with trying to put in a code.

Ventajas: TODO. La comodidad de las camas, súper silencioso, las habitaciones son enormes, la limpieza impecable!! El arte y la energía que rodea todo el hotel es la genial. Ya era hora que Ibiza contara con un hotel como este y no habitaciones blancas con fotos de la isla. Catalina y Arne impecables, cultos y profesionales y si quieres una recomendación de calidad pregúntales a ellos! El echo de que esté en el centro es 100% recomendable en la isla, porque visitar el castillo, cenar, desayunar, Shopping etc a 2 minutos del hotel es muy cómodo.

Desventajas: Que el café es nespresso profesional y me hubiese gustado probar un café local.

Ventajas: Great room with unique decor and modern minimalist furnishings. Very comfortable super king bed. Good size fridge and proper Nespresso coffee maker with 2 capsules provided each day. Friendly helpful staff and convenient cafés bars and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk.

Desventajas: Bathroom layout poor. No towel rails and you need to be quite slim to get past the hand basin into the shower!

Ventajas: LA SUPER COMODIDAD DE LA CAMA, dormí mejor que en casa! las habitaciones son TODAS NUEVAS, baño de MICROCEMENTO, si necesitas algo TODO el personal es super atento te dan mejor consejos posibles y si quieres 1 hora de explicacion te la dan! en especial Catalina. La tv tiene canales internacionales, en la terraza se desayuna super tranquilo es un oasis de tranquilidad y comodisimo. Desayuno super variado, tienen de todo y encima te hacen tostadas y zumo de naranja fresco!!

Desventajas: NADA TODO GENIAL. te sientes como en casa

Ventajas: Property was amazing, guys at reception was very helpful and attentive. Girl Catalina was amazing and very patient to answer all questions,where to go and what to see. Location is nice, close to bus station from airport; close to beach on right side and close to city center on left. Also coffee machine in the room and downstairs, nice balcony and quiet location.

Ventajas: Nice bar and communal seating area downstairs. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very generously sized and also have good balconies. Comfortable beds, and very effective AC. Also very good roller-shutters on all the windows so you can completely block out the light if you had a late night out and want to sleep in.

Desventajas: On google it is advertised as having a fitness centre/gym but it doesn’t, it just has a gym they send people to nearby but there is no discount for staying.

Ventajas: Located in the center of Ibiza town, the hotel Is not really a hotel, more like little apartments. They are decorated with graffiti style pictures, each room featuring large wall paintings. Staff was very helpful, except that we arrived late and we had to check ourselves in. Breakfast was a good spread, with very helpful staff.

Desventajas: The rooms were spartan, with no A/C, uncomfortable bed, loud noises coming through the windows from the street. Blinds didn’t really work unless you pulled them down from inside. Room we stayed in was backing into the elevator shaft, making it very noisy whenever anyone used the elevator. Overall a really bad night’s sleep with the heat, noise and the vibration from the elevator. Would not recommend.

Ventajas: Catalina at the front desk is exceptional! So friendly and even offered us some champagne at check in :) the breakfast there is exquisite!! We were beyond surprised at the quality and selection. The location is very close to the port and has lots of fun places to explore!

Ventajas: From the moment we got here, the staff, views, accommodation, room, our private pool... were outstanding. We had a beautiful dinner from the restaurant terrace, and drinks after with an electrical storm over the sea at the lounge. The room was extremely clean, the view breathtaking and we loved the indoor and outdoor hot tub/mini pool. We will be back again soon for more R&R!

Desventajas: A very small note to say, the floors can be very slippery. Perhaps with the flip flops given to guests, they could have a special sticky pads to use. We used lots of towels around to avoid slipping when out of the shower.

Ventajas: There is nothing to not like. From the moment you walk through the door to the moment you walk out is absolute tranquility. The staff are attentive without being intrusive. The food is wonderful, both in the restaurant and the poolside food. The rooms are spacious and spotless, I could go on! Will 100% be returning.

Desventajas: Nothing!

Ruins the experience in the hotel. Get a professional supplier that is not out to make a ton of money out of cheap food and wine at silly prices

Ventajas: The pool is large and towels are plentiful; some of the sunbeds have seen better days but there are lots of them arranged on different terrace levels, the upper terraces have no shade/umbrellas however. On a cloudy day there is a large, attractively designed games room with pool table, table football, table tennis and some floor mats and a playpen for children. There’s also a small ‘cinema’ behind a sliding door with a large screen, PlayStation and Netflix. The hotel seemed popular with loud noisy groups of families and friends and it could be fun in a group (there is a children’s and adults’ pool - distinction is not enforced and the kids frequently ended up in the adults’ pool). So not one to go to for a quiet, romantic break with your partner. It is well-located for nearby San Miquel and taxis were fast and arrived promptly. The reception staff and concierges were friendly, knowledgable and very helpful in arranging restaurant reservations, transport and activities.

Desventajas: This is NOT a five star hotel. Our junior suite was large internally but had a cramped astroturfed area exactly the size of two sunbeds out back. The interior was clean enough but rather faded and thoughtlessly designed: nowhere to hang your robe in the bathroom, not enough hangers, a dressing table with a mirror placed so high and a chair so low that you can’t see your hair never mind your face when you sit at it! Room and resort cleaning needs improvement. There is lots of glass in this place: most of it had greasy marks on throughout our stay, spoiling the view you were trying to enjoy. These are minor points - main issue is the FOOD and SERVICE at lunch and breakfast which was awful. Dinner in the Edén restaurant was better, but fine-dining prices not really justified (waitress didn’t know the wine menu, fish was undercooked). Breakfast buffet was ok but carelessly prepared and maintained - stone cold water in the urn at the DIY tea station, cups running out and not replaced, no serving spoons for some of the dishes. Supposedly tea/coffee and hot options via a waiter service at breakfast: we were offered these on 3 mornings out of 6 (only then after fetching our own menus and collaring a waiter). An order of poached eggs on toast with avocado arrived in three separate instalments - poached eggs that looked like they’d been made in a tumble dryer, served in a bowl (??), barely-toasted slices of Sunblest slapped on a plate and an overripe avocado on another plate. A cheese omelette had the unmistakeable taste of sliced processed cheese in the centre. Staff at breakfast looked tired and disorganised. Similar at lunch only fewer staff, resulting in incredibly slow service. Portions were large but quality was poor. After failing to get a late checkout for our evening flight, we were told we could shower and change before we left at the indoor pool but the SINGLE shower and changing room there had no hairdryer and more importantly no lock (we were told just knock!

Ventajas: The location was fantastic. Staff very friendly, had everything we wanted onsite including a supermarket! Breakfast available until 11am was a great surprise and well needed!

Desventajas: This is difficult as the hotel was fantastic. I can't really say anything that I didn't like to be honest as everything was as expected and a great standard.

Ventajas: Suites very comfortable, design and decore a bit generic but this is a very touristy area and it’s expected. Great location and exceptionally nice staff. Walled back patio was a real plus! Abundant breakfast, nothing exceptional but plenty and good quality.

Desventajas: Bathroom was not dirty but it was always super damp (even with small window open! So it was soggy all the time! Floors also not dirty but could have been cleaner (to be considered that the suite was ground floor so it gets dirty easier

Ventajas: Very clean and modern hotel in an amazing location. Would definitely recommend.

Desventajas: Bar prices way too expensive compared to rest of the town. Hair dryers in bathroom only allowed one person to be in the bathroom at any one time. As there was 5 of us sharing a room it took quite some time for us all to get ready. Would be better if hair dryers were in bedrooms. No mirror in one of the bedrooms.

Ventajas: EL desayuno me gusto bastante, basico pero funcional. Lo unico, que los primeros dias estaban un poco desbordados y faltaba personal. El personal muy agradable, sobretodo una cocina que nos trato genial.

Desventajas: La habitaciones tiene demasiadas escaleras, olor a humedad en la cocina.

Ventajas: Clean & modern

Desventajas: I now know I prefer a 1 level room instead of having to use stairs to go to kitchenette or living/balcony space. Just personal preference! Bathroom small and bedroom very little storage space.

Ventajas: Location is amazing, pool was perfect to relax all day and the breakfast couldn’t have been any better. All very fresh, staff very friendly and plenty more than you could ever want!

Desventajas: Nothing, there really is nothing to dislike.

Desventajas: There was nothing to not like.

Desventajas: Management was not able to make an upgrade for the price advertised on booking.com. They tried to rip us off and wanted to charge 3 times the prices. We contacted them right after booking the room but they denied several times.

Ventajas: The hotel was spotless and walking distance to the paseo and restaurants and bars.

Desventajas: Our room faced the front of the hotel and you couldn’t open your curtains as people in the bars across the road could see straight into your room.

Ventajas: Great location, lovely grounds and pool, fabulous views, very friendly staff and superb breakfast. Great choice if you want to stay in Ibiza Town

Desventajas: Bed size was small. Would have preferred a king size double. It’s quite expensive.

Ventajas: Es un hotel que conozco desde hace mucho. Me queda bien por mi trabajo, y en temporada baja suelo contratarlo. Es muy lindo y el desayuno espectacular.

Desventajas: La noche del viernes pedí un Negroni en el bar, el camarero no sabía lo que era. Le dije la receta, porque había todo lo necesario para hacerlo, pero me dijo que no sabría cómo cobrarme...en fin.

Ventajas: Rooms were nicely equipped with all the right things. When something didn't work (a kettle), the staff got it sorted quickly. The hotel was clean. Pool was clean and had good bar service. Poolside bar prices were ok. Reception staff always helpful. Amazing massage.

Ventajas: La atención personalizada del personal excelente, sobre todo con Isa, te da consejos, recomendaciones de Ibiza y Formentera, una gran ayuda, te hacen muy agradable la estancia. Volveremos a hospedarnos en este Hostal. Para el precio consideramos que está muy bien. Súper céntrico . Lo recomiendo.

Ventajas: The staff is just amazing and goes above and beyond every day. When we arrived it was raining at they immediately provided us with an umbrella and recommended a nice and local place for dinner. Juan and the rest of the staff make this place special and you are in the centre of Ibiza. The breakfast offers plenty of options, beds are really comfortable and is spotlessly clean. I highly recommend the place and I will stay there again.

Ventajas: El aparthotel está muy bien en conjunto, con un diseño limpio y funcional. Las habitaciones/apartamentos son espaciosos y muy luminosos, con un diseño minimalista muy cuidado y con unas vistas sobre la bahía espectaculares. el personal es muy atento y nos dieron todo tipo de indicaciones, para disfrutar mejor nuestra estancia. La cama era muy grande (King) y muy confortable y el baño moderno y cómodo, en especial la ducha con vistas.

Desventajas: La única consideración a realizar es por la ubicación. Está bastante cerca del centro (20 min. andando), pero la calle es estrecha y con problemas para aparcar, menos mal que hay un aparcamiento al final de la calle. El paseo marítimo está bien, pero el barrio medio, medio.

Reception staff told me I need to pay now thou I have not even seen the room I was staying in bearing in mind I booked 2 apartments for 5 persons at a cost of 3300 euro's . Coffee pods not replenished daily . Expected to have salt , pepper and bread and milk. Dishwasher tablets not replenished . We were a party of 5 ladies and asked reception if can book a cab for 5 persons , this was not possible which I found strange . Roof area very nice but missing a little ambiance , maybe some music , provide a fridge for guests to use to store cold drinks as no bar provided or fresh cold drinking water . No toilets on Sun Roof area .

Ventajas: Me gustó todo! Los detalles cuidados al máximo, y abdolutamente todo el personal dispuedto a ayudar siempre con una sonrisa. El jacuzzi de la azotea espectacular. El gimnasio moderno , completo y práctico, la cama comodísima, las vistas de ensueño, la ubicación era justo la que a mi me gusta para poder ir a pie sl centro y tener una playita cerca. Quiero volver y espero hacerlo! Una tontería solo, podríais plantearos vender las cápsulas de café sueltas? Es una tontería, lo sé, pero cómo era todo tan perfecto aprovecho para hacer esa petición, ya que estoy segura que será un detalle que apreciaran futuros clientes, que cómo yo viajen solos por sólo un par de días... que conste que a mí me lo solucionaron y estoy superagradecida. Gracias por todo!

Desventajas: Stayed for 6 nights and suffered without the air conditioner working in my room for more then half my stay. The first few receptionists I spoke with thought I was lying, another one told me that it was impossible, then finally a different one came into my room to see for himself which he then seen it wasn’t working. Waited another day for an electrician to come and he finally fixed it, still took forever to get cold though and it was really hot out the nights without it were rough. Finally got comfortable the end of my stay. Rooftop closes early especially when nobody is using it.

Ventajas: The view of the 2 bedroom suite is bad, but the 1 bedroom is spectacular.

Desventajas: The air conditioning is really bad, we changed the room and yet it wasn’t that great. No available parking at the hotel.
