Ventajas: Personal hotel & restaurante Habitación Parque para niños

Desventajas: No funcionaba el hidromasaje de nuestra habitación

Ventajas: La atención del personal , las instalaciones impecables.

Desventajas: Todo ha sido maravilloso!! Lo único quizás mejorable es el desyuno, un poco limitado y el precio excesivo. Todo lo demás perfecto . El personal encantador y muy atento. El lugar de ensueño y limpio .

Ventajas: The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and our room was perfect. The rooms are in semi-detached buildings facing Ibiza town and the sea. Our room was spotless, with a huge and extremely comfortable double bed for us, and a very comfortable sofa bed for our daughter. The spacious bathroom had a jacuzzi bath as well as a shower. The outdoor seating area with airstream caravan bar and cacti is really quirky.

Desventajas: It’s close to Ibiza town as the crow flies but you’ll need a car unless you want to be reliant on taxis. We came in November so the restaurant was not open on weekday evenings.

Ventajas: The main restaurant is wonderful and all the staff that work there in the evening are great. There is a nice pool. The room was nice, very private, simply furnished in a Spanish finca style. The bar in the evening is also nice.

Desventajas: The staff during breakfast and by the pool could sometimes come across as a bit rude. Lunch offering there isn't the best.

Ventajas: They checked us in early with no fuss and were very welcoming and friendly. Also they lent us towels for the beach and the room had nice views into town.

Desventajas: We were given bad recommendations by staff. We drove and hiked out to a beach restaurant that was closed which meant we had to hike back out and go into town so we missed our beach day. Also maybe more pillows. We were off season so most everything was shut down.

Ventajas: El lugar está bien ambientado, han cogido una idea y la han desarrollado con gusto. La cama cómoda y la habitación con privacidad.

Desventajas: El baño con jacuzzi, una castaña, mala limpieza y mal olor.

Ventajas: beautiful location, beautiful pool area and outdoor restaurant for lunch. nothing to complain about.

Ventajas: El sitio es precioso. La amabilidad del personal lo supera, cosa muy difícil

Desventajas: Todo estaba muy bien

Ventajas: Everything up to the last bolt. Rooms are amazing and you can see the superb sunrise, everything is spacious , beds are confortable, plenty of parking places in case you take a rental, the overall property is amazing. Honestly the pictures on booking.com are really less impressive than the actual property

Desventajas: Perfect in all respects.

Ventajas: I like the location and setting I loved the quality of the food and the variety for breakfast I liked the herb garden and surrounding, I wish I could see it during the summertime season

Desventajas: I felt that The setting and design of the room ( I stayed in room 3) wasn’t in line with The rest of the property The level of cleanliness could be improved : I found a few long black hair on the scatter cushions on the bed and the coffee table was still covered in dust on my second day I also thought the bathroom fittings including the tub need replacing

Desventajas: - Food & drinks highly overpriced, 5* ++ prices without the standards. - Poor breakfast selection if you stay more then 3 nights very boring and tiny portions. - Reason for booking was outside chill area, which was closed during our stay without notice.

Ventajas: Inside pool

Desventajas: Paying full price for rent a bike for 3 hours

Ventajas: El precio no esta mal para ser ibiza.

Desventajas: El desayuno no nos pareció de la calidad que deberia. Repetitivo y poca variedad.

Ventajas: great location

Desventajas: two single bed joined to make one double bed marking it sliding

Ventajas: El hotel es tal cual las fotos, muy bien ubicado y limpio. Para resaltar la atención del personal, todos y todas sin excepción siempre con una sonrisa, felicitaciones.

Ventajas: Amazing location and views

Desventajas: Bathrooms were not upto par. I had heard a lot about how luxurious PLayasol hotels are, and I felt it wasn't as luxurious as I expected it to be.

Ventajas: Me gusto la recepción juan que nos ayudó mucho !

Desventajas: La ducha - se cambia la temperatura del agua y solo se puede duchar y no bañar, no hay el tubo del agua

Ventajas: La comodidad de la cama, el restaurante con vistas al mar, el pequeño gimnasio y la piscina climatizada

Desventajas: El baño un poco estrecho. La comida del restaurante no merece mucho la pena (mala relación calidad/precio)

Ventajas: Cenas y desayunos excelentes. Personal muy atento. Camas muy cómodas y habitación confortable con terraza y vistas al mar. Sin duda si vuelvo, repetiré. Ah! Piscina cubierta para nosotros, estuvimos solitos en ella! Y estaba calentita.

Desventajas: Nada.

Ventajas: The wonderful kind and thoughtful staff. Always going the extra mile.

Desventajas: We loved everything.

Ventajas: Both breakfast and dinner were delicious everyday. There is a beatiful sea view from the restaurant. Nice entertainment is indoor swimming pool and gym.

Desventajas: A room at first day was full of somebody's long hair on bed and there were pretty a lot of dust everywhere. We were alao not able to connect the Wi-Fi.

Ventajas: Lo único bueno que tiene es que está en primera línea de playa

Desventajas: El personal de recepción:desmotivado, apático, poco amable, sin ganas de dar la bienvenida a los clientes. El personal de limpieza: muy ruidoso con sus utensilios de limpieza y hablan a voces desde bien temprano. El hotel: muy viejo, descuidado, de los 90, el colchón horrible, los aseos sucios y ruidosos, el armario con las puertas correderas estropeadas, la televisión de los 90, la calefacción la ponen a la hora que les viene en gana, las paredes de las habitaciones tan finas que se oye todo lo que hace el de la contigua, insonorización cero, decoración cero en habitación y hotel en general, puertas de las habitaciones con llave, no con tarjeta. Muy mal en general todo el hotel. Piscina:de climatizada tiene lo que yo tengo de cura. Gimnasio: muy bonito en las fotos, pero en realidad son cuatro máquinas mal puestas. Maletero: una habitación abierta de par en par en una entreplanta....como para dejar allí las maletas...ja.

Desventajas: no me gusto nada, ,llegamos con 6 maletas y nos toco el segundo piso y subir las males por escalera, las sabanas sucias, la limpieza fatal,

Ventajas: la television la canal hay dos idiomas

Ventajas: La ubicación.

Desventajas: No estaba limpio, la habitación olía a humedad, había muchísimo moho en paredes y sobre todo dentro de la ducha. A media noche la habitación rezumaba agua de la humedad que había, la piel mojada. La colcha blanca lleva de manchas mal lavadas.

Ventajas: The location and the nice staff members.

Desventajas: Bathrooms weren't properly cleaned.

Ventajas: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had the day to explore and needed to leave my bag somewhere and they were more than happy to help which made my life so much easier.

Desventajas: My room was very dirty. I found a pubic hair on my pillow on arrival. There was no shower door on my shower so showering proved difficult in trying not to flood the rest of the room/toilet. I paid more for a private room with a shower and on using the toilet facilities the next day on the next level for guests with no shower or toilet in their rooms I was stunned. The facilities were all working and clean, like a different place. I think room 206 needs some love and attention. I have been working in the Hospitality Industry for 20 years and this was mind blowing! It made me laugh when there was a sign saying they would charge 50 Euros if you stained the towels but in light of the cleanliness of the room and the fact that my feet were more dirty after a shower and walking barefoot in my room! I had just stayed in Alicante for 60 Euros for 1 night, my own apartment, city centre, beach front and I payed the same for the Hostel in Ibiza-mind blowing. The Staff made up for this side of my experience.

Ventajas: Great location, very comfortable and clean

Ventajas: There was nothing that I liked in this dirty hostal.

Desventajas: Para evitar este hostal - super sucio en todos partes: baños, habitaciones, sabanas con manchas de sangre, toallas y ropa de cama sobre usados - todo nos daria asco ahí. También era muy ruidoso porque se hacen obras en la calles. Nunca más!

Ventajas: perfect central situation

Desventajas: the bathroom too small and bad condition towels old with holes.

Ventajas: La cama era cómoda y la ubicación.

Desventajas: Pagar por una habitacion con baño incluido, siendo el baño el antiguo armario de la habitación. Hemos pagado más por tener baño, cuando el baño compartido era mucho mejor. Si uno paga más por una habitación es para tener un mejor servicio, y no la asquerosidad de baño que había. Además el tubo del aire acondicioado llega al plato de ducha de la habitación, y tenia humedad negra el plato de ducha. La habitación estaba llena de polvo y las paredes con manchas de humedad. Lo único que se salva es la cama que era cómoda.
