The rooms were nice but they tried to put in too much furniture making it feel cramped. I liked they had a coffee machine but there was no coffee or was there a place to plug it in unless you moved it to the bathroom. It was nice they had a fridge--but no place to plug it in. The location is really bad--on a dark street lined with nasty bars. All night long they played Karaoke on the street where this hotel is located. The music as so loud it vibrated on my pillow and we were on the second floor of the hotel. I slept very poorly. The breakfast is not the best either.
As a frequent traveler to Bacolod this has got to be one of the better hotels to stay at. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the staff is very welcoming upon entering and location is convenient to the shopping areas. There really is not much I did not like about this hotel other than the fact there really is not any warm water for showering.
Housekeeping was great, pleasant and nice to deal with. Front desk ran to our room at end of our stay for inspection. Tried to charge us for broken bed roller. Was really saddened by this poor customer care.
Wifi router in every room. Outdated. Rooms need to be redone.
The price for the night was the only good of this hotel Upon entering the room I noticed the condition of the room. The sheets were old and dirty , the furniture was dated and run down , the shower was slow to drain so it was like having my own indoor pool while showering. Also the air conditioning did not seem to work and kept making noise while running and even while shit off. My room offered a free breakfast but even the breakfast was beyond horrible. Everything they served was not warm but rather cold. I am a frequent traveler to Bacolod and travel here every 2 to 3 months. I have stayed at many of their hotels and this one was by far the worst. If you are planing to stay in Bacolod I would recommend the L Fisher hotel by far the best hotel in Bacolod.
The great respectful friendly staff. The free breakfast custom made omelet. Bed to hard, no microwave in room. On 3rd floor and elevator went out during stay.
Service was outstanding along with a good breakfast buffet and decent restaurant. The rooks were small, but considering the price and service, it was still an excellent deal.
Finding a hotel with swimming pools is not that easy in the Philippines. With the heat and humidity, it's delightful to have swimming pools to relax in. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lower your expectations for this 3 Stsr resort hotel. Palmas Del Mar could definitely use a good paint job and some sprucing up.
