Intercontinental Hotels Hong Kong

Very comfortable bed. Large bathroom with separate shower. Beautiful lobby area with exceptional views of Hong Kong island.

We found prices in the lobby area and restaurants to be extraordinarily high.

As usual, Intercontinental was excellent. Location is great. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Amenities were of very good quality and all were present.

The bad thing: as usual, the Intercontinental provided a Handy mobile phone that the guest can take with him when going outside the hotel and this time was the same... except for when, after about 4 days, they just took the phone from the room. I had left it to charge in its cradle, went downstairs while housekeeping cleaned the room and when I returned there was no phone! At first I thought maybe I forgot it somewhere, or maybe someone had stolen it. When I called reception, they said they removed the phone due to some request by Handy... without telling me!!! I stated my displeasure at the fact that they did not notify me, or that they did not even leave a note that they were taking the phone. They apologized and afterwards they brought some drink to remedy the situation and also gave me a pocket Wi-Fi device that I could take with me when going out of the hotel. Well, it makes up for the lack of the Handy phone... I suppose I can accept their apologies for the lack of notification... it just left a bad taste in my mouth that they did not tell me they took the phone.

I had a wonderful stay at Intercontinental HK. The rooms are great and staff are just wonderful. Not to mention the quality of the food, delicious! I would wish to thank in particular Woody for his excellent service during my stay. Room service staff were also excellent but can't remember all the names :) I will definitely come back!

One point that could be improved, is the proximity of the television that I consider slighty far away & off-centered from the bed.

La situación es impresionante, en cinco minutos estás en el ferry o Nathan street y muy bien comunicado con transporte público. Muy recomendables las habitaciones vistas al puerto. El desayuno muy completo y los restaurantes son de primera categoría. El personal muy muy atento y se desviven por ayudar.
