The staffs are very friendly, the room has everything what you need and clean.
The noise protection is pretty bad. I got a high floor quiet side of room as I requested, but in the early morning I woke up by the street car noise. If you are not sensitive on noise, it is fine, but for me, it was the biggest drawback of the hotel.

The staff is wonderful, The view from the window is beautiful. Really close to the train station and very good for sightseeing
The smell in the room is not very good if the windows are closed. Too close to the train station so it might be loud when a train is arriving or departing.
