First class service - Michael was fantastic; helpful and very professional - exceeded all expectations Great breakfast - plenty of options, and a fantastic granola/cereal bar Walking distance from train station (but don't expect too many bars and restaurants super close by

No A/C, but it shouldn't be a problem outside of the summer months Outdated facilities - not really a negative since they were all in excellent condition, however, it could use a refresh

Great location near the railway station and City Centre. Very friendly and helpful service. Secure courtyard for bikes. Kept spotlessly clean.

This is a three star hotel so the rooms are quite basic with no coffee/tea making facilities. But this is not picking really - I would happily stay here again

Excellent location, very near to the main station, the cathedral, and the old town. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice. The room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only improvement we would suggest is to provide tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
