Food, nice staff, great hotel

Everything was excellent

Food was great! Don’t forget to include both breakfast and dinner. They have so many variations, all fresh and absolutely delicious. The stuff was very friendly. The room they gave us was perfectly located for amazing sea view, although we booked for side sea view. Nice and clean, perfect for a lovely stay at Mallorca

The twin beds have rollers, meaning they don’t stand still if you wanna get a double bed feeling. But they never advertised it as double bed, so cannot complain really

Food was way better then our expectation. Gestronomie was very nice. All the staff was very respectfull and cooperative. Reception was very good they know how to treat the guests. Rooms were clean and Food was the best Part. Breakfast and dinner buffets were Dream we had a huge selection of great quality warm and cold cusines. Hard working Staff in Resturant area tables were always cleaned plates taken away and all with smile.

Only thing which was found not fair was that i booked a Shuttel service from the Hiphotel Flamenco website which costed me 270 Euros Approx, and the Shuttel service company went insolvent. Only then I get to know this Shuttel service company is third party and not part of Hiphotels and hiphotels said they can not do anything in this case and I had to bear the loss of 270 Euros. Which I find unfair. I am sure till This shuttel company was working Hipsotels were getting it shares form the Shuttel service company for the customers booking via Hiphotels website. I would have been better to atleast compensate the Hotels guests who booked the shuttel service through hipotels website.
