Elegance East Hotel

Top quality hotel in a great location, near to the busy center of Antalya (5 minute walk to the old town, 10 minute walk to newer city centre), the hotel is also quiet and peaceful because it is in off the street. There is a lovely pool area which is ideal for relaxing, the pool area also gets a lot of sun in the morning and afternoon which is a big bonus in a city hotel. The staff are very friendly and attentive!

The breakfast is really good, but I think it could be improved for the price of the hotel, there was no option to have freshly cooked food, such as eggs, pancakes etc. Some of the hot food sits in pots which makes it kind of wet. No fresh juices, all carton based and very processed, however there is a great juice stand just down the road near the hadrians gate to get fresh juice! Some of the sunbeds around the pool are old, dirty, broken. Sometimes the music around the pool is waaayy too loud.

The rooms weren’t as elegant as the hotel name suggests. We needed not one, not two, but three light bulbs replaced (we just swapped them over with other working lightbulbs in the room). There were parts of the room which were clearly cheap and falling off. So, mainly the problem was the fact that the room was clearly not regularly maintained (such a shame).

location very good, the main street was full of nice coffee shops alot of shops where you can find any thing littel walk we were in the beautiful old town. very near also to old town port, where also many coffee shop and resturants. nice hotel and nice location.

in general it is good, nothing i dont like, i have recommended it to my friends.

The location the amazing staff was so helpful they all can speak English and one of them can speak Arabic the breakfast and the cleanliness

The old mattress even when they change to the new room the mattress was so bad and uncomfortable at all and it a back ache
